The Knightsbridge, London, LONDON
At the heart of Europe's most exclusive ultra-modern, residential development, we created the first garden square in central London for 125 years. Our award-winning design focused on a cuboid water feature, viewable from all aspects, set in a layered formal garden aligned with pyramidal evergreens and manicured lawns. Promotion of the landscape, a unique selling point for the development, helped secure sales of all 203 apartments within one year of completion.
Our scope included the design of the main Porte Cochere and two intimate mews spaces, each space adorned with a dramatic unique waterfeature and each landscaped area requiring the use of the latest green-roof technology to hide the underground carpark.
