BURJ RAFAL, RIYADH
At the time of completion, Burj RAFAL will be the tallest tower in Riyadh at 308m and over 60-storeys high. The tower will provide a new standard of secure urban living, with luxury facilities including fine dining, relaxed café culture and boutique shopping all available on the doorstep.
A new 350-room Burj RAFAL Hotel Kempinski, styled in a modern interpretation of Nadji architecture, occupies the first 23-floors of the tower. The Lobby Bar spills out on to a relaxed terrace lounge with clean lines, seating shaded by elegant structures and framed by linear reflection pools. The 6th floor Resense Spa offers a refuge, designed by Scape to include a large open air spa deck providing shaded outdoor pools, luxury gender specific and family areas with play area and sophisticated bar and lounge terraces.
Scape has also designed exclusive arrivals courts at dedicated entries for each of the first 3 levels: for residents; hotel guests; and Grand Ballroom and business centre respectively.
